Congratulations. It appears you have made splendid progress on your Marauder restoration, but are in little need for an offer of any of the extra Marauder parts pulled from King Salmon, Alaska in the 1990′s. Storage is becoming problematic and there is a wish to share the hoard if it is somehow useful. I will bring photos. It does seem that the collection would be helpful to some other Marauder restoration.
My wife and I are driving to the Marauder Historical Society reunion in Savannah, Georgia that starts 27Oct2012. My intermediate destination is U of Akron and the MAPS Air Museum. We should be in your vicinity in a couple days.
My other goal is finding assistance in publication of photos and diaries of the 397thBG men and aircraft. We are RONing in Nebraska tonight; I will check my email in a couple days.
Thanks, Stan
