Criswell that was serving in the Air Force at that time but not sure if he is in here if so where is he in the photo.I would like to know what he did there. He was killed that same month on April 14,1955 in a automobile accident in Pennsylvania, would love to know if he was alive when photo was taken. If anyone has information on this I would appreciate it greatly.Sincerly Debbie J.
I'm a retired McDonnell Douglas employee . I joined McAir after groaning an engineering degree from Parks College / St. Louis University . I had a 40 year career with MDC . My career began in June '57 in the Liaisin Engineering Department , Its function was to support manufacturing operations from detail part fabrication through assembly and flight acceptance operations . One of the first programs which I worked on was the F 101 Voodoo in all of its variations . What version on the Voodoo do you have ? Wish I was closer to Canton , Ohio ; I'd love to work on her restoration ! How can I become a member "in spirit" and do what I can to help your organization preserve aviation history ?
