T-33 Shooting Star comes to MAPS

Four MAPS Members and 3 truckers completed a trip to Oshkosh Wisconsin to move our T-33 to MAPS.  They brought the entire aircraft back in one box truck, unloaded it on Wednesday and with the help of the other Members, put the fuselage back on its wings on Saturday.  The T-33 was one of the most used jet trainers of its era and just recently completed its service.  Click on the picture to go to the T-33 website that Rick Willaman created.
