MAPS Air Museum is an internationally known museum of aviation and serves as a center of aviation history for Northeast Ohio. The museum features exciting educational displays of its collection of acquired artifacts, interactive exhibits and historical archives in its own library.
We provide tour guides that are very knowledgeable on our various aircraft and displays within the Hall of Heroes. Make sure you ask your tour guide a lot of questions, you may be talking to a WWII P51 Pilot.

Can I visit the museum wihout join guided tours. Is it possible. I plan come to there with my family
Yes, you are not required to go through the museum with a tour but we believe that you miss a lot because our tour guides are very knowledgeable.
Believe me when I say you will not want to go on a tour WITHOUT a tour guide. My husband & I went through with Dick Jonhson,one of the guides,and his knowledge and passion for the museum just made it so fun. The guides & all the people at MAPS are not paid for any of what they do. They do it simply for the the love of the museum, its their passion and it shows. I was very moved by all the personal memorabilia that has been donated and is on display. If you are interested at all in any military history, you need to go visit, well worth an afternoon. Thank you Dick for your time we really enjoyed our tour with you.
