All runners of all ages and abilities are welcome. ​

​Awards – Awards will be given to the top 3 Men and Women Overall, top Masters (40-49) Man and Women, top Grand Masters (50-59) Man and Woman, top Senior (60+) Man and Woman, and the top 3 finishers in each age group – 1-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+

Door prizes will be awarded to every 100th finisher.
